Circuit Session


We design our circuit sessions to enhance players’ overall fitness and agility while focusing on key developmental skills. The session begins with a comprehensive warm-up, focusing on dynamic stretches and cardio exercises. Players then rotated through several stations, each targeting different aspects of their game. Stations included agility ladder drills to improve footwork, cone dribbling courses to enhance ball control, passing and receiving drills for precision, and shooting to practice accuracy and power. We have timed each workout to keep energy high and motivation strong. Coaches provided individual feedback and encouragement to ensure proper technique and effort. The session concluded with a cool-down period to promote recovery and flexibility.

Group Sessions


Group sessions start with a dynamic warm-up to get the players physically and mentally prepared. During skill drills, we emphasize dribbling, passing, and shooting techniques, and we encourage everyone to work as a team. Throughout the practice, there is an emphasis on communication and decision-making, encouraging players to think strategically and as a team. The session concludes with a cool-down and constructive feedback to encourage growth and improvement.

Private Session


The session begins with a detailed assessment of the player’s skills, strengths, and areas for improvement. From there, we customize a training plan that emphasizes crucial techniques such as dribbling, passing, and shooting to improve player progress. Our coach provides feedback and corrections to refine the player’s mechanics and decision-making on the field. We share tactical insights to enhance the player’s understanding of game situations and positioning. The session concluded with tailored drills and exercises designed to reinforce learning and build confidence.
